1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is Elizabeth Spear Art ("Sponsor").

​

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on July 27, 2026 and ends on August 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

​

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the State of Texas who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees of Elizabeth Spear Art and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Submit at least one (1) and no more than five (5) photos of their pet through the designated giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period; and

2. Provide a valid email address and subscribe to the Elizabeth Spear Art email list.

Submitting multiple photos does not increase an entrant's odds of winning. All photos submitted by one person will be treated as a single entry.

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive emails from Elizabeth Spear Art regarding the giveaway, including winner notifications, as well as marketing communications about Elizabeth Spear Art's artwork, products, promotions, discounts, and special offers.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in Elizabeth Spear Art's emails. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect eligibility for a prize already won or claimed.

5. Photo Requirements

The submitted photo(s) must:

• Be a photo of a pet owned by the entrant or submitted with the owner's permission;

• Be an original photograph taken by the entrant or used with the photographer's permission;

• Clearly show the pet that would be the subject of the portrait; and

• Be suitable for use as a reference for creating a soft pastel pet portrait.

For the best results, entrants are encouraged to submit clear, well-lit photos in which the pet's face and features are clearly visible.

Photos that are extremely blurry, excessively dark, heavily filtered, or otherwise unsuitable for use as a portrait reference may be deemed ineligible.

By submitting a photo, the entrant represents that they have the right to submit the photo and authorizes Sponsor to use the submitted photo(s) for purposes related to administering and promoting the giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that contains inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable content.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) custom 8" × 10" soft pastel pet portrait created by Elizabeth Spear Art.

The approximate retail value of the prize is $425.

The portrait will be created from one of the winning entrant's submitted photos, selected by the Sponsor based on its suitability as a reference for the portrait.

The Sponsor will determine the final artistic composition, cropping, and other artistic details of the portrait.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the Sponsor's discretion.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Each entrant will receive one (1) entry regardless of whether they submit one photo or up to five photos.

The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor using a random selection method.

If the selected entrant is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, or the submitted photo(s) do not meet the eligibility and photo requirements stated in these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

The Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the giveaway and selection of the winner are final, subject to applicable law.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry.

The potential winner will have seventy-two (72) hours from the time of notification to respond and claim the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, declines the prize, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

The Sponsor may require the potential winner to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to administer the prize.

9. Portrait Creation

The winning portrait will be created by Elizabeth Spear Art in the Sponsor's artistic style.

The Sponsor will select one of the winner's submitted photos as the primary reference for the portrait based on its suitability for creating the finished artwork.

If none of the submitted photos provide sufficient visual information to create the portrait, the winner may be asked to provide an alternative reference photo.

Any replacement photo must meet the requirements stated in these Official Rules.

If the winner cannot provide a suitable replacement photo, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

The winner does not receive a cash equivalent or credit toward other artwork in place of the portrait.

10. Giveaway-Related Marketing and Promotions

Elizabeth Spear Art may contact giveaway entrants by email regarding the giveaway, including the winner announcement and, after the giveaway concludes, the winner's portrait reveal.

Elizabeth Spear Art may also send entrants information about products, artwork, promotions, discounts, and special offers.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the email.

11. Use of Entries and Winner's Name

By entering, each entrant grants Elizabeth Spear Art permission to repost or display the submitted photo(s) in connection with the giveaway, including for promotional purposes on social media and the Sponsor's website, without additional compensation.

The Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and last initial and/or social media username in connection with the giveaway.

The Sponsor will not sell submitted photographs or use them for purposes unrelated to the giveaway and the Sponsor's business without the entrant's permission.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Elizabeth Spear Art and its owner from claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control that may interfere with the administration of the giveaway.

13. Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, provides false or misleading information, submits an ineligible entry, or attempts to interfere with the fair operation of the giveaway.

14. No Affiliation With Social Media Platforms

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform used to promote the giveaway.

By participating, entrants release the applicable social media platform from responsibility related to the giveaway.

15. Governing Law

This giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

16. Sponsor's Right to Modify or Cancel

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical difficulties, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity of the giveaway.

By submitting an entry, the entrant acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Official Rules and consent to receive email communications from Elizabeth Spear Art as described above.
